GCI Maryland is the contracting brand of KP Design and Build LLC, led by Andrew Goedeke. We build new homes, additions, detached garages, and pole barns, and transform existing properties through exterior improvements and full-home renovations.
Full-home renovations
From rethinking the layout to updating interiors and exteriors, we bring the many parts of a whole-home renovation together. We work with homeowners to define the scope, coordinate the trades, and carry the project through to the finishing details.
A strong commercial presence
Commercial construction is a major part of our business. We handle building fit-outs and renovations for property owners and organizations, adapting existing spaces to suit their operations and bringing facility improvements from planning through construction.
